Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounting and Finance duties
• Handle full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations and preparation of schedules
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability and growth. 
• Conduct financial analysis . Prepare and present financial reports .
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available to meet operational and financial obligations. 
• Implement effective cash management strategies and optimize working capital.
• Assist in system integrations if needed
• Assist in monitoring internal control procedures
• Provide guidance and support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines 
• At least 5-10 years audit/ accounting experience
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• With good coordination, planning and executive capability
• Self-motivated, hands-on, able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in payment/ fintech industry is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
