Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand daily inward and outward payments (CHATS &amp; TT, fund transfer, FPS, FX etc.), ensuring all transactions are timely and efficiently executed.</li><li>Conduct daily reconciliation and settlement tasks.</li><li>Follow up with banking partners and FX vendors on special issues or exceptions.</li><li>Handle and resolve payment exceptions promptly.</li><li>Manage, investigate, and resolve inquiries or requests from internal and external partners, customers, and service providers concerning transaction processing and related matters.</li><li>Participate in and handle ad hoc projects such as system enhancement, user requirements definition, and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Perform suspense accounts reconciliation and monitoring to maintain financial integrity.
