We hereby inform you of some changes to the terms and conditions for RD ezLink.

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include: (i) addition of the definition of “ID&V Service Provider” and “ID&V Service Terms” under Clause 1.1 of the RD ezLink Terms and Conditions for Individual Users; (ii) addition of the annex “Annex – ID&V Service Terms” in the RD ezLink Terms and Conditions for Individual Users which governs the access and use of the identity verification services incorporated in RD ezLink; and (iii) consistency and cleanup changes to RD ezLink Terms and Conditions for Business Users.

The new terms and conditions will take effect from 7 May 2025 (the “Effective Date”). You can find the updated terms and conditions through the link at the end of this notice. If you decline to accept these changes, you have the right to terminate our services before the Effective Date.
