We hereby inform you of some changes to the terms and conditions for RD Wallet.

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include: (1) Part 1 – General Terms and Conditions, Clause 3.1, clarifying the trust arrangement, (2)Part 3 – Services, Clauses 4.1, 5.1, 5.2 and 6.1, adjusting the description for supported currencies.

The new terms and conditions will take effect from 19 Dec 2025 (the “Effective Date”). You can find the updated terms and conditions through the link at the end of this notice. If you decline to accept these changes, you have the right to terminate our services before the Effective Date.
