Personal Information Collection Statement for RD Wallet 

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include: 

(i) Clause 7 (Data Access Requests) changing of company contact address; 

(ii) Annex I (User Authorization for Facial Recognition Service) to Appendix 1 (China Personal Information Protection Policy). 

Personal Information Collection Statement for RD ezLink 

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include: 

(i) Clause 7 (Data Access Requests) changing of company contact address; 

(ii) Annex I (User Authorization for Facial Recognition Service) to Appendix 1 (China Personal Information Protection Policy). 

These changes to the terms and conditions will take effect from 6 February 2025 (the “Effective Date”). You can find the relevant updated terms and conditions in the RD Wallet App at About Us > RD Wallet Terms and Conditions > Personal Information Collection Statement for RD Wallet, and About Us > RD ezLink Terms and Conditions > Personal Information Collection Statement for RD ezLink. If you decline to accept these changes, you have the right to terminate our services before the Effective Date.
