Responsibilities:

• Department Rotation: Actively participate in rotations across four departments — Business, Product, Technology, and Compliance/Operations/Legal/Risk

• Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills
• Present findings and recommendations to management after each rotation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree fresh graduate in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Legal, or a related field
• Interest in web3.0, blockchain technology, and the digital payments industry
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup environment
• Excellent command of English and/or Chinese (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
