Senior AML Anti-Money Laundering Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Risk monitoring and model development
- Design and optimize the monitoring rules and models of anti-money laundering of corporate payments, use machine learning, graph neural network and other technologies to analyze transaction behaviors, and identify abnormal capital flow patterns (such as high-frequency trading, cross-chain transfer);  
- Develop real-time risk control systems to integrate blockchain transaction data (such as transfer records, smart contract interaction) to improve the accuracy and timeliness of suspicious transaction detection; 

2. Compliance technology and data governance
- Build an anti-money laundering data governance system, integrate multi-source data (payment flow, on-chain address tags, user KYC information), and ensure data quality and compliance (such as GDPR, FATF standards);
- Collaborate with the risk department to design an automated reporting system that meets regulatory requirements and support regulatory audits;
- Explore enterprise payment and Web3 data products (such as on-chain analysis platforms, BI reports, DAO governance dashboards) to promote data-driven business decisions;

3. Technical tools and process optimization
- Develop data visualization tools, generate risk dashboards and case reports, and assist investigation teams in quickly positioning high-risk accounts;  
- Study the impact of blockchain privacy technology (zero knowledge proof) on anti-money laundering and propose coping strategies.  

Requirements:

1. Professional background: bachelor's degree or above in financial engineering, computer or law-related majors, and familiar with anti-money laundering regulations (such as AML/CFT, BSA);  

2. Technical capabilities:
- Proficient in using SQL/Python for data analysis, and familiar with real-time computing frameworks such as Spark/Flink;
- Understand blockchain technology (Ethereum, Cosmos) and on-chain analysis tools (such as Chainalysis);  

3. Experience requirements: More than 3 years of experience in financial risk control or compliance technology and data development, with a corporate payment/Web3 industry background preferred;

4. Soft skills: Have excellent logical analysis skills, communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, and adapt to the high standards of the financial industry.
