- Formulate enterprise-level technical strategies to promote the design and optimization of technical architecture of enterprise payments, Web3 and other products;
- Lead the design of highly available and highly concurrency distributed system architecture to ensure the performance and stability of core modules such as payment gateways, clearance and settlement systems, and risk control engines;
2. Core architecture design and technical research
- Design microservice architectures and blockchain network integration solutions (such as smart contracts, cross-chain protocols), and optimize the deployment efficiency of AI models in payment risk control, cross-border payment and other scenarios;
- Solve technical problems in enterprise payment system architecture, such as multi-data center disaster recovery, low-latency transaction processing, etc;
3. Technical standards and team management
- Establish and maintain technical specifications (such as code review, DevOps process, and security programming standards), and lead architecture review and code quality control;
- Lead the team of architects, cultivate technical backbones, and promote community collaboration in open source toolchains (such as Kubernetes, Spark);
4. Cross-domain technology integration and innovation
- Explore the integration scenarios between AI and blockchain (such as DeFi strategy optimization, smart contract automation), and promote the implementation of cutting-edge technologies (big language models, decentralized AI agents) in financial compliance and Web3 ecosystems;
- Cooperate with the compliance department to ensure that the technical solutions comply with regulatory requirements such as anti-money laundering (AML), anti-fraud, etc.
1. Basic background
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, cryptography or related majors, 985/211 or top international colleges are preferred;
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in software development and architecture design, more than 5 years of experience in financial payment, blockchain or high-concurrency system architecture, leading large-scale cross-border payment projects are preferred;
2. Technical capabilities
- Proficient in distributed system design (such as microservices, service mesh), familiar with cloud native technology stack (Docker/Kubernetes) and big data processing tools (Spark/Flink);
- Deeply master blockchain technology (Ethereum/Cosmos) and smart contract development (Solidity/Rust), and have practical experience in cross-chain protocols or privacy computing;
- Proficient in Java/Python, familiar with mainstream frameworks (Spring Cloud) and database optimization (MySQL/Redis/NoSQL);
3. Industry Cognition and Soft Skills
- Those who are familiar with the digital RMB or RWA (real asset tokenization) are preferred if they are familiar with the fields of digital RMB or RWA (real asset tokenization);
- Have technical leadership, be able to coordinate cross-departmental resources, promote the implementation of technical decisions, and adapt to the high-standard and fast-paced environment of the financial industry.
1. Have contributed to open source community (such as Linux kernel, Hypervisor projects) or published papers/patents related to architecture design;
2. Familiar with the financial industry compliance framework (such as PCI-DSS, GDPR) or hold relevant certifications (CISSP, blockchain architect certification);
3. Have full-stack development capabilities (front-end framework React/Vue, smart contract development) or quantitative financial background.
