Responsibilities:

• Participate in product planning and design, provide technical implementation solutions;
• Understand business requirements, lead the team and work with product managers to efficiently deliver business requirements;
• Responsible for core architecture design and business code writing;
• Have good development standards and some team management capabilities;
• Responsible for departmental technical research and innovation;
• Responsible for training and improving the technical capabilities of the R&D team.
• Technical architecture and technical review of key modules and functions.

Requirements:

• University degree, relevant qualifications in Technology Computer Science.
• Proficient in Java and have a comprehensive knowledge base, familiar with mainstream technologies such as Node.js, Go, Python;
• Familiar with web distributed systems, familiar with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular/Flutter and other applications, familiar with solutions;
• Familiar with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, with the ability to optimize TB-level databases;
• Familiar with microservice development technology stack, with experience in high concurrency scenarios preferred.
• Familiar with the architecture design, system security, performance optimization and implementation of Internet industry (e-commerce, finance, transaction-related) systems, with experience in Internet finance products and third-party payment platform development preferred.
• Have good learning ability and adaptability, strong execution and driving force, and have a strong team cooperation awareness.
