1) From 23:30 Hong Kong time on February 17, 2024 to 4:30 Hong Kong time on February 18, 2024, transfer to “Payee without RD Wallet” will be unavailable. 
2) From 4:30 to 5:30 Hong Kong time on February 18, 2024, transfer via FPS on RD Wallet will be suspended. 
3) From 6:30 to 11:30 Hong Kong time on February 18, 2024, transfer via FPS on RD Wallet may encounter intermittent interruptions.
