We hereby inform you of some changes to the Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet and User Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet, respectively.

Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include:

(i) clarification of the refund related arrangement under Clause 7.2 (Fees and Charges; Costs and expenses) of Part 1 (General Terms and Conditions) in the Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet;

(ii) clarification of conditions for sufficient notice under Clause 14.1 (Amendments) of Part 1 (General Terms and Conditions) in the Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet; and

(iii) addition of undertakings for the use of foreign exchange services under Clause 7 (FX Services) of Part 3 (Services) in the Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet, as well as addition of foreign exchange services related definition.

User Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet

The major changes to the relevant terms and conditions include:

(i) clarification of the refund related arrangement under Clause 6 (Fees and Charges; Costs and Expenses) in the User Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet; and

(ii) clarification of conditions for sufficient notice under Clause 15 (Amendments) in the User Terms and Conditions for RD Wallet.

These changes to the terms and conditions will take effect from 29 November 2024 (the “Effective Date”). You can find the relevant updated terms and conditions in the RD Wallet App at About Us > RD Wallet Terms and Conditions. If you decline to accept these changes, you have the right to terminate our services before the Effective Date.
